Payments

Yes, certainly. You can choose to have your premiums deducted from your checking or savings account using Autopay and never miss another premium.
Yes. Absolutely. We have services available such that you can pick a day in the future along with your credit or bank card information so that your premium is drafted for that day.
Yes. At the time your payment is processed, a return email notification will be sent to you letting you know we have received and applied the premium.
Yes, we accept Visa/MasterCard (credit card payments are not available for Medicare Supplement products).

Register a Policy

We have designed this website as a service convenience specifically with you, our policyholder, in mind. The site is secure — meaning only you, or a person you designate, can access your policy information. See our Privacy Policy for more information. 
1. Please check that the email address you entered matches the one with which you registered. If your email address has changed, you will need to contact our Customer Care Department to update your email address on file before you are able to obtain your verification code.

2. Did you attempt sign in three or more times? If so, you are temporarily locked out and must wait 30 minutes to reattempt sign in.

3. Have you waited long enough? Authentication codes may take up to 5 minutes to arrive. Please note, codes expire 15 minutes after being generated.

4. Did you check your spam or junk inbox in addition to your email inbox? Your verification will be coming from Noreply@eservicecenter.globe.life and may have ended up in the wrong inbox. You might want to add this address as a trusted sender to insure prompt delivery.

It takes just a few minutes to register. All you need is your policy number and an email address to have access to your policy information 24-hours a day.

2. Select the underwriting company that issued your policy.

3. You will need the following information for registration:
  • Policy number
  • Insured’s last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number on file
Note: If you need to update any of the above information, please call our Customer Care Department at 800-654-5433. After making updates, you will have access to register online the next business day.
 
4. Click “Register Now” to register your policy and create a new account.
 
No. The Customer Portal is offered to our valued policyholders at no charge. It is our goal to provide convenient and hassle-free customer service to our policyholders.
Yes. Go to the Service Menu Address Change, enter your new information, and submit it to us for processing.
It does not matter how many policies you have with Globe Life — you decide which ones you want to access. Simply register any or all of them when you create your account. Additional policies can be added any time.

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete registration.

4. You will need the following information for registration:

1. C​onfirm you are on the correct website and have selected the correct underwriting company. 
 
2. Confirm the insured’s last name, email address, and phone number are correct. If any of the information on file with the Company is incorrect or there has been a recent change to any of these, you will need to call our Customer Care Department at 800-654-5433. After making updates, you will have access to register online the next business day.

Claims

Absolutely! While some claims can be complex, it is always our goal to meet our policy obligations in a timely fashion when covered events occur. That’s the whole reason why our 12 million policyholders trust us in the first place.
To check the status of your claim, you can call our Customer Care Department at 800-654-5433.
We are committed to processing claims in a timely manner. However, the claims process varies based on product and individual circumstances. Once the necessary claim information is received, and the claim is determined payable, most claims are paid within a few days.
