Globe Life Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including but not limited to Globe Life And Accident Insurance Company (collectively, “Globe Life” , “we” , “our” or “us” ), has developed and published certain digital properties, including the website at https://home.globelifeinsurance.com/ (the “Site” ), and other owned or operated websites, mobile and web applications and related interactive and other services (collectively, with the Site, the “Globe Properties” ) that link to these website “Terms of Use.” PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING GLOBE PROPERTIES. YOUR USE OF GLOBE PROPERTIES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF AT ANY TIME YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE OR OUR PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF GLOBE PROPERTIES.
GENERAL
These Terms of Use regulate your use of Globe Properties. Globe Properties are designed to offer visitors and users information regarding a variety of insurance products and services. These Terms of Use, and any amendments or supplements to it, together with our Privacy Policy ( “Privacy Policy” and with the Terms of Use, the “Agreement” ) form a legally binding agreement between you and us, and governs your access to and use of the Globe Properties. Globe Properties are not intended for children under the age of 18 and no person under the age of 18 may use Globe Properties. If you use Globe Properties, you are affirming that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and have the power to enter into a binding contract with us and not be barred from doing so under any applicable laws.
OBJECT, NATURE OF GLOBE PROPERTIES
We provide information about certain corporate, insurance and investment activities as a convenience to you through Globe Properties. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information provided on Globe Properties or that all information we disclose will be provided in Globe Properties.
Globe Properties may display, include or make available content, data, information, applications, plugins, products, services, resources, platforms, functionality or materials from third parties (including content from our affiliates) or provide links to certain third-party Sites, webpages, services, products, platforms or applications (collectively, “Third-Party Materials” ). Any activities in which you engage in connection with any Third-Party Materials may be subject to the Privacy Policy and other policies, terms and conditions of use, service and/or sale and rules ( “Additional Terms” ) issued by the provider of such Third-Party Materials, which we encourage you to review (and are not controlled by us). Third-Party Materials are provided solely as a convenience and should not be interpreted as approval or endorsement by us of those Third-Party Materials. You must agree to Additional Terms before using those programs or features. If there is inconsistency between the Additional Terms and the Terms of Use, the Additional Terms control.
ACCOUNTS, CANCELLATION
If we require an account to use Globe Properties, you must provide us with complete and accurate registration information. You must keep your registration data complete, accurate and up-to-date, and any loss caused by your failure to do so is your responsibility. You must maintain the confidentiality of all usernames, passwords and account details and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss that you may incur if someone else uses your password or account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that the account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, or that you have breached the Terms of Use, or for any other reason in its sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us in accordance with the Contact Information section below.
USER MATERIALS
- User Materials. We do not control and are not responsible for any information or other materials delivered through Globe Properties by you or other users, including content, any personal information and feedback, data in the form of questions, comments and suggestions regarding the Globe Properties or any portion of the Globe Properties (collectively, “User Materials” ). You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Materials and that public posting and use of the User Materials by us will not violate the rights of any third party. We are not obligated to and do not regularly review, prescreen, monitor, delete, or edit User Materials. However, we reserve the right to do so at any time in its sole discretion, and to refuse, delete, move or edit any User Materials, in whole or in part, with or without notice. We are not liable for damages of any kind arising from or related to any User Materials, including its refusal, alteration or deletion of any User Materials, even when it is advised of the possibility of such damages. You are solely liable for all User Materials delivered using your account. Any violation of these provisions may subject your account to immediate termination and further legal action.
- License to User Materials. By providing or modifying any User Material, you grant us a royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (including formatting), distribute, publicly perform and display, and create derivative works from the User Material solely to: (i) operate, maintain, secure, and provide our Services; (ii) improve existing features and develop new ones; (iii) market and promote third-party services and the Services on our sites, apps, and official channels; and (iv) for all purposes identified in our Privacy Policy. This license may be sublicensed and transferred to our affiliates and service providers as reasonably necessary for these purposes. The license lasts at all times while the User Material is available on our Services and for a commercially reasonable period thereafter for technical, archival, legal, and compliance requirements and needs. We will obtain your consent where required by law before using your real name, image, likeness, or voice for endorsements or testimonials. To the extent permitted by law, you grant a limited waiver of moral rights as necessary to enable the above license (for example, reformatting or minor edits), without permitting deceptive or prejudicial changes. Personal Information in User Materials is handled under our Privacy Policy.
RESTRICTED CONDUCT ON GLOBE PROPERTIES
You will comply with all applicable law and regulations and may not use Globe Properties for any purpose forbidden by these Terms of Use to copy, reproduce, rent, lease, loan or sell content retrieved from Globe Properties; modify, distribute, or re-post any content on Globe Properties for any purpose. Additionally, using Globe Properties, you will not:
- disrupt or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of Globe Properties or linked websites, the security of Globe Properties, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through Globe Properties or affiliated or linked websites;
- upload, post, or otherwise transmit through or on Globe Properties any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files;
- reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Globe Properties or any content (including, without limitation, any software) available through Globe Properties;
- use meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing our name, trademark, or product name without our express written consent;
- deeplink to Globe Properties without our express written consent;
- use Globe Properties to collect or store personal data about others;
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to Globe Properties or portions of Globe Properties that are restricted from general access;
- engage in any “scraping” activities, including but not limiting to the extraction or scraping of data from Globe Properties via an automated process such as a bot or webcrawler, or bulk downloading or attempting to download a significant portion of our Site’s data or content in a short period; or
- use any data contained in or obtained from Globe Properties to train any large language models or other forms of generative artificial intelligence.
NO LEGAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE, CALCULATORS/CALCULATIONS
If the Globe Properties may be used to promote or market a transaction or an idea, any such promotion or marketing is intended to provide general information about the subject matter covered and is provided with the understanding that Globe Life is not rendering legal, accounting, or tax advice. It is not a marketed opinion and may not be used to avoid penalties under the Internal Revenue Code. You should consult with appropriate counsel or other advisors on all matters pertaining to legal, tax, or accounting obligations and requirements. The Globe Properties may also contain video and audio files in which comments were valid on the date the files were recorded. Markets move continuously and you should only rely on current information for any investment decisions. Retirement and/or financial calculators/calculations which may be provided within these websites are provided solely for you to estimate hypothetical future financial or retirement status. You are responsible for the accuracy of any estimates and should not rely solely on these calculators. Seek advice from qualified providers before you make any investment or retirement decisions.
MODIFICATION/TERMINATION OF THE GLOBE PROPERTIES
We may, in our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate Globe Properties or any portion thereof at any time for any reason with or without notice to you. If we cancel or terminate your account, you will no longer be authorized to use Globe Properties, but you will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms of Use and any Additional Terms, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Globe Properties. The Globe Properties, including each of their components, and all content, features, functionality, programs, software, data, downloads, materials, Marks (as defined below) and works of authorship made available through or in connection with them, including, without limitation, text, graphics, interfaces, source and object code, music, sound, photographs, videos, compilations and content provided by suppliers, sponsors, or third-party advertisers (collectively, the “Globe Intellectual Property” ) are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other proprietary rights and laws.
- License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use Globe Properties, and to view, copy, and print content retrieved therefrom solely for your personal, informational, and non-commercial use. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. You may not use Globe Properties to generate revenue, or distribute, redistribute, publish, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any Globe Properties or Globe Intellectual Property, except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Use.
- Marks. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, logos, and other source identifiers displayed on or in connection with Globe Properties (the “Marks” ) are our property or property of our affiliates, licensors, or partners, unless expressly indicated otherwise. You may not use any Mark without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Globe Intellectual Property, except as expressly provided herein. We reserve any rights not granted in these Terms of Use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- Limitation of Liability. EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE INAPPLICABLE OR PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, SERVICES PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, “GLOBE LIFE PARTIES” ) BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE GLOBE PROPERTIES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
- Disclaimer of Warranties. YOUR USE OF, AND RELIANCE ON, ANY ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH GLOBE PROPERTIES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, GLOBE PROPERTIES AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY THAT GLOBE PROPERTIES OR ANY RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THEIR USE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ACCESS TO THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, FREE OF DEFECTS, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
INDEMNIFICATION
Except where otherwise inapplicable or prohibited by law, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Globe Life Parties from and against any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, disputes, damages, and costs of any kind, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of litigation arising out of or relating to your use of Globe Properties (including but not limited to any content or programs found thereon), or your breach of this Agreement.
DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
The parties to this Dispute (as defined below) and arbitration agreement ( “Arbitration Agreement” ) are you and us.
- Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration or filing any claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the use of Globe Properties, or our products or services (a “Dispute” ). The party asserting a Dispute must send written notice by first-class or registered mail describing the facts and enclosing any relevant documents. The recipient will have thirty (30) days to respond or resolve the Dispute. Notices to us must be sent to the address in Section 14. Notices to you will be sent to your last known mailing address, or if none or outdated, to any email address associated with you. This process is a condition precedent to any arbitration or litigation.
- Arbitration Agreement. If a Dispute is not resolved through the informal process above, it will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to decide threshold issues of arbitrability, including the scope, applicability, validity and enforceability of this arbitration provision. Because this Agreement involves interstate commerce, the Federal Arbitration Act governs all issues concerning arbitration and the enforceability of this provision. Arbitration will be administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, if applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, as modified by this Agreement. If you commence arbitration, you are responsible for the nonrefundable individual filing fee. If that filing fee exceeds the filing fee for a court of competent jurisdiction in the arbitration venue, the arbitrator may require us to reimburse the excess. If the arbitrator determines AAA fees would be prohibitive compared to litigation, the arbitrator may require us to reimburse such fees to the extent necessary to avoid a cost-prohibitive arbitration. The arbitrator’s award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, the arbitrator may award the prevailing party its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs and will consider whether any claims were frivolous or brought or maintained in bad faith.
- Waiver of Right to Bring Class Actions and Representative Claims. ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may award the same remedies available in court, but, to the extent permitted by law, any relief must be individualized to you and will not affect other users. The parties may bring claims against each other only in their individual capacities and hereby waive any right to participate in a class, collective, representative, joint, or consolidated action or arbitration. If applicable law bars enforcement of any part of this paragraph as to a particular claim, that claim alone must proceed in court and be severed from the arbitration.
- Severability of Arbitration Agreement. If any part of this Arbitration Agreement is found unenforceable or unlawful, that provision will be severed, and the remainder will continue in full force, including the parties’ ability to compel individual arbitration of any remaining claims. To the extent any claim must proceed on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis, it must be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction, not in arbitration, and such litigation will be stayed pending resolution of any individual claims in arbitration. This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of this Agreement and cessation of your use of Globe Properties.
CHOICE OF LAW
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS
We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and comply with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regarding such rights. If you believe that any portion of the Globe Intellectual Property infringes copyrights in your independent work of authorship, you may send written notification to our designated agent in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “Notification” ):

To be effective under U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)), the Notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single Notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Globe Life to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Globe Life to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address; and
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law statement that the information in the Notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of the appropriate information identified above, we will investigate the complaint, during which time we, at our sole discretion and without any legal obligation to do so, may temporarily remove the challenged material from Globe Properties. If we conclude that you have not raised a legitimate claim, or if it is not clear whether you have raised a legitimate claim, we may, at our sole discretion, restore access to the challenged material. The Notification process is valid only with respect to a claim of copyright infringement. Messages related to other matters will not receive a response through this process.

UPDATES TO TERMS OF USE
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Use at any time. If we make changes, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms of Use were last revised. Your access to Globe Properties or clicking to agree to the Terms of Use in connection with your continued use of Globe Properties after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. You should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use, so you are aware of any revisions. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, you will not access or use Globe Properties.
GENERAL TERMS
- Assignment. You may not assign, convey, subcontract, or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations under this Agreement. We may, at any time, assign, convey, transfer, delegate, or subcontract any or all of its rights or obligations hereunder without prior notice to you.
- Force Majeure. If we are unable to provide Globe Properties as a result of an event outside of our reasonable control, we will not be in breach of any of our obligations to you under this Agreement.
- Survival. Any representations, warranties, and indemnification obligations made or undertaken by you will survive cancellation or termination of your use of Globe Properties or relationship with us.
- Waiver. No delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms of Use will operate as a waiver of that right or remedy or will affect our ability to subsequently exercise that right or remedy. The failure of either party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of, or to exercise any right available under, these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any waiver or under this Agreement must be agreed to by us in writing.
- Entire Agreement. These Terms of Use (together with our Privacy Policy and any terms incorporated by reference herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter herein. This Agreement supersedes any other terms previously published by us and any other representations or statements made by us to you, whether oral, written, or otherwise.
- Severability. Each provision of this Agreement will be considered severable, such that if any one provision or clause conflicts with existing or future applicable law or may not be given full effect because of such law, no other provision that can operate without the conflicting provision or clause will be affected.
- E-SIGN Act. By accessing or using the Globe Properties, you consent to transact via electronic records and signatures under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E SIGN Act).
